ALL ABOUT BURNET PRODUCTIONS
What I've got going on
I believe art should serve a function, it should be both beautiful to the user and bring them joy, thus nourishing the soul. I hope my art serves this function in your hands and brings a moment of wonder to the everyday.
Me
Hi and welcome to Burnet Productions! I’m Lindsey Burnet, owner of Burnet Productions.
I studied ceramics in college for 4 years with Prof. Jeremy Kane, did a 6 month apprenticeship with Prof. Martin Tagseth in Saskatchewan, and decided ceramics needed to be my life.
However, life threw many a curve ball at me and 10+years later I am finally enjoying my studio!
The varying paths I have walked have given me access to many different mediums for expressing my creativity, including fiber arts, lettering, and baking, all of which are now under the umbrella of Burnet Productions.

Ceramics
My ceramics side focuses on quality functional ceramics while emphasizing the beauty of a life I have created with my amazing husband, 3 children, 2 dogs, 12+ chickens, 1 acre of property in Southeast Alaska, multiple businesses, and many adventures.
I work on the wheel, in slab, and also coil. My clay is a high fire stoneware and my glazes are primarily celadon's. I love the movement iron specks in the clay body create with the celadon glazes and my own design elements.
Baking, GF LF SF
I also am grateful I get to share my baking! As so frequently happens my baking needs arose from a desire to eat delicious gluten free food that were near impossible to find living in rural Alaska. I've been gluten free for about 15 years and over the last year have had to begin avoiding lactose, cane sugar's, and many other ingredients.
Fast forward many recipes, a few more gut issues, and I've finally found some delicious treats I love to eat and bake that tick all the right boxes! I'm so excited to share these delicious gluten free, cane sugar free bakes with you!
Eggs
Because we all know how precious our food chain is in Southeast Alaska, I'm proud to say that all the eggs used in our baking come from our sweet flock of 18 chickens. These gals are fed organic and are allowed to free range during the day. Because we have no vets here I do occasionally administer antibiotics to my chickens who show sign of illness. These are the over the counter variety you can find for helping with the symptoms of a bladder infection. They receive a half dose until the symptoms have been clear for 48 hours.
