Shipping from Southeast Alaska presents its own issues. Due to the fragile nature of our works we are not responsible for items damaged during transit, we will always pack them to the best of our abilities.

If the item arrives damaged but the box is undamaged we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

Refunds are issued on non-damaged goods that are returned (shipped) within 14 business days from receiving the goods. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping fees.
