Thank you for considering me for your gluten free bread baking kneads!
Baking subscriptions are for Friday or Saturday pickup. Pick up will be in the afternoons. If it is a First Friday or a Second Saturday you can elect to pick them up at the event.
Sandwich loaves are a limit of 2 loaves per person per subscription.
All items are made in a cottage kitchen that is not subject to regular government inspection.
GF= gluten free, LF= lactose free, SF= sugar free,
EF= egg free, NF= nut free, MH= made with honey

A 10 year search for some truly delicious Gluten Free Bread
10 + Years as a Gluten Free Foodie
First off, I'm not Celiac. My gluten free journey started off as a way to make my joints hurt less. It led to less brain fog, fewer trips to the bathroom, and a lot more energy.
Hi I'm Lindsey and I have always loved to bake. So when I went GF and found out that literally EVERYTHING is different I set out to find the perfect loaf of bread. The bread I have found is the result of a decade of failed bread recipes, 10 different types of flour, and a lot of loaves turned into bread crumbs (why waste!).
Amazingly it kneads like gluten bread, it toasts beautifully, and it is an appropriate size bread for sandwiches. Meaning you no longer have to make 2 sandwiches to have the same amount as any other loaf of bread.
It takes a few extra steps to get these loaves as pretty as I like and I will continue to take those extra moments to get a truly delicious bread.
I am very proud to say I am able to use freshly laid eggs in all of my bread. Our flock of 16 hens lays steadily enough for me to continue getting 10-12 eggs.
